Before Jane didn’t think much about how her fitness and diet were impacting her health.

At age 34, after years of yo-yo dieting and putting on weight, Jane was diagnosed with prediabetes.

Her doctor warned her that if she didn’t make some health changes, she was at risk for developing diabetes and heart problems.
